We want you to love your purchase from Scrafin. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Certain items like perishable goods, custom products, or personal care goods are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll replace it. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
