Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SCRAFIN. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to make the exchange process simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase/order details.
• For damaged or defective products, customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• Personal care, hygiene, or opened products may not be eligible for exchange unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange an exchange with the correct or replacement product.

Exchange Shipping

If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, SCRAFIN will cover the applicable return/exchange shipping costs.

For exchanges requested for reasons other than a product defect or our error, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

• Customer name and phone number
• Reason for exchange
• Clear photos/videos of the product, if applicable

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether the exchange is approved and arrange the replacement accordingly.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene, safety, personalization, or product-specific restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or does not meet the eligibility requirements.
